(Temporary) Location: Miami, FL (On-site M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm, 5
days per week) Duration: 3 months minimum Pay Rate: $23.00/hour We
are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Office Assistant
to support a busy Miami office. This individual will play a key
role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and delivering
exceptional internal and external client service. Key
Responsibilities Manage facility-related duties to keep the office
operating efficiently Handle front desk operations, including
greeting and assisting internal and external clients Manage
incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and document distribution
Prepare and assist with assembly of reports, presentations, and
client documents Scan and upload client documents into document
management systems and other applications Monitor and maintain
office supply inventory; coordinate office meals and snacks Assist
with new hire onboarding and orientation Perform other duties as
assigned Basic Qualifications Education: High School Diploma, GED,
or equivalent (required) Experience: One (1) or more years of front
office or administrative assistant experience (required) Technical
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required) Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities Ability to work fully on-site in the Miami
office Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional,
polished demeanor with client-facing experience Ability to adapt
communication style to diverse audiences Strong multitasking skills
with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven
environment Pay Details: $23.00 per hour Search managed by: Riley
