Assistant Medical Director of Anesthesiology Opportunity in West
Palm Beach, FLFull TimePermanent PositionJoin team as the Assistant
Medical Director of Anesthesiology in a leading facility with half
of its surgical volume dedicated to pediatric casesThis facility
includes a Level 3 NICU, pediatric ICU, and 24-hour childrens
hospital, with renowned orthopedic expertise from the Paley
Institute, specializing in limb lengthening and deformity
correction.Position Overview:Compensation: Base salary of
$570,000Signing Bonus: $125,000 for a 3-year commitmentPaid Time
Off: 8 weeks, with an additional week after 2 yearsOn-call
Schedule: Backup pager coverage from home (7p-7a), rotation of
Saturday/Sunday day shifts (7a-7p) with post-call day off; on-call
shifts evenly rotated among 7 physiciansCase Variety: Neonates,
general, ortho, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology, plastics, and
