practical nurse to provide nursing services for a school in St.
Lucie, Florida. The ideal candidate will work closely with the
school administration to provide services to students for the
exceptional student department, in accordance with established

• Rate: $ 38/hr Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program. • Licensed
Practical Nurse, current Florida license. • Experience in community
health and/or school health programs preferred. • Ability to
perform the functions of the position. Responsibilities: • Monitor
student health conditions and perform appropriate healthcare
procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including
specialized medical supports as required. • Maintain effective
communication with medical professionals, community agencies,
school personnel, and families to ensure continuity of care between
home and school. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student health
records and regularly review medication status, reporting
discrepancies to the supervising RN. • Establish cooperative
working relationships with school staff and provide health-related
support during school activities, including transportation
assistance when directed. • Complete required documentation,
including Medicaid billing forms for eligible students, in
accordance with district and regulatory standards. • Perform all
assigned duties efficiently, accurately, and with a high standard
of quality, while fulfilling additional responsibilities as
directed by supervisory staff. • Any other duties as assigned.
