Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing specialized care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment requires skill, dedication, and expertise. This travel RN role in Lehigh Acres, FL offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with both adult and pediatric patients across a broad spectrum of surgical services including ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Robotics, Dental, Gynecology, Orthopedic, Spine, and Neurosurgery. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Manage call responsibilities averaging 4 times per month, including evening, overnight, and backup shifts. Maintain accurate documentation utilizing the Epic EMR system. Adapt to floating assignments within a 50-mile radius, including sister campuses, to support patient care needs. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience. Pediatric OR experience is required. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with degree accreditation or a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. BLS certification mandatory; CNOR certification preferred. Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred. Ability to participate in call rotations with varying schedules. Proven ability to adapt and function as core staff within dynamic team settings. Schedule: 12-hour day shifts: Fridays 6:30 AM 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM 7:30 PM. Call rotations include Evening Operating Shifts (7 PM 11 PM), Overnight Shifts (7 PM 7 AM), and Backup Call (3 PM 7 AM).
