Job Description Job Description Position: Dermatology Physician Assistant Location: Port St. Lucie, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $120,000 (commensurate with experience) bonus structure Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as biopsies and blood work. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for various dermatologic conditions. Perform procedures, including biopsies and excisions, as appropriate. Educate patients on proper skincare, sun protection, and disease prevention. Collaborate closely with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the EMR system. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Qualifications Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Current NCCPA certification . Active Florida state license as a Physician Assistant. Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with proficiency in EMR systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Manual dexterity and visual acuity to perform dermatologic procedures. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed.
