Job Description Job Description Job Summary Join a
well-established South Florida law firm known for its long-standing
reputation for excellence, high-quality legal talent, and deep
community roots. The firm is seeking an experienced and
detail-oriented Paralegal with at least five years of complex
litigation experience. This role involves full case management from
inception through trial or settlement, including document drafting,
discovery support, trial preparation, and ongoing communication
with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. Key Responsibilities
Meet with attorneys, clients, and related professionals to discuss
case status and project needs. Draft pleadings, motions,
affidavits, interrogatories, and related documents. File motions
and pleadings with courts and agencies. Meet with clients and
witnesses and prepare summaries of statements. Prepare, organize,
store, and retrieve case files, including depositions, pleadings,
and exhibits. Support attorneys in preparing for trials and
evidentiary hearings. Utilize courtroom and trial presentation
technology. Manage complex litigation files-both physical and
digital-throughout the life of the case. Maintain accurate records
of billable hours. Requirements Minimum of five years of experience
in a commercial litigation law firm or legal environment.
Experience with ESI management, including data collection, review,
and production. Ability to collaborate with IT personnel and
external vendors when needed. Experience with courtroom technology
and trial presentation tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite and document management software. Experience with iManage and
Coyote is preferred. Bachelor's degree from an ABA-approved
paralegal program, or a four-year degree with a paralegal
certificate, is preferred. Florida Notary Public required.
