This is a heavy call-center atmosphere, and we need recruiters who can handle making about 100 cold calls a day. You will screen candidates based on experience, fit and culture. ATS experience is helpful but not required. Superior interviewing and excellent communications skills are required with great technical aptitude in Microsoft Office. If you can search internal software programs, prescreen candidates and then qualify them with the Project Manager, you are all but guaranteed a very illustrious career with RCI.
