Primary Care Opportunity in Aventura, FL Making $250,000 Compensation: Base: $220,000 Bonus: Based on internal review of how they perform. No set . When they have a good month revenue wise, they will share. 1st 2years making around $250k No partnership Possible profit-sharing program after a few years of doing well Office setting: Office Hours: Monday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed After hours: Our doctors share call. 1 PCP, 1 MA and front-end personnel. 3 exam rooms Average 12-15 patients per day. Spend 30 min. with ea. patient See patients every 3-4 months The model is part value-based care and part RVUs Not Medicare Advantage No Obama Care This is Private Medicare and Private patients Qualifications: Residency trained IM/FM Board Certified IM/FM No residents 2 years.
