What You’ll Do As a Charter Sales Broker, you’ll act as the front-line relationship owner for your clients, from first inquiry to wheels-up. You will: Source and develop new charter clients through your network, referrals, and independent outreach Respond to inquiries, assess trip needs, and recommend the right aircraft and solution Prepare and present charter quotes, terms, and agreements with confidence Close charter sales and manage the client journey through confirmation Coordinate with internal and third-party operations teams on availability and pricing Maintain accurate lead and deal records in our CRM Stay current on market pricing, aircraft availability, and competitive offerings Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and long-term client relationships Requirements: What You Bring 3 years of experience in charter sales, brokerage, or corporate aviation sales Strong knowledge of aircraft categories and mission suitability Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to generate your own leads High-performance attitude with a client-first approach Familiarity with charter contracts, deposits, and industry best practices Existing book of business preferred but not required Compensation Commission-based, uncapped earning structure Paid per charter and/or program sold Independent Contractor (1099) role with full flexibility Your results drive your income, no ceilings, no micromanagement.
