Behavioral Services (BCBA) – Lead a dynamic behavior services team
to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential
and day program settings. Are you a passionate BCBA looking to make
an impact? This role offers the opportunity to lead an established
behavior services team, oversee program compliance, and provide
intensive training and supervision for staff. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a behavioral services team, including BCaBAs and
RBTs. Participate in program planning, billing, and staff training.
Ensure program compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
Observe individuals, review progress data, and revise programs as
needed. Maintain consistency across programs and disciplines.
Provide training, supervision, and monitoring of program
implementation. Maximize billable hours for clients requiring ABA
services. Identify behaviors for acquisition, reduction, or
elimination. Conduct functional assessments of targeted behavior
problems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when
implementing new programs or projects. Design, implement, and
monitor behavior programs based on assessment outcomes. Provide
instruction to staff to ensure proper implementation of behavior

Development Requirements Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social
Work, Education, Human Service Administration, or related field
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 1–3 years of experience in
a similar role Knowledge of high-intensity behavioral supports and
aging supports preferred Professional Crisis Management Training
(provided) Valid driver’s license and successful Level II
background check, physical, and drug screen
